I have 7 Samsung Galaxy Tab 4's that I need Google Chrome or Internet explorer to only open to one website. How can I do this?

I was trying to see if there is anyway to whitelist the website but haven't had much luck.
I need the tablet to only go to one website if anyone knows a way please let me know. thanks
