My phone stucks on the SONY logo
So i had this update notification on my smartphone (SONY Xperia E1 d2105 DualSim) and it said that i could only update my OS with my computer. So I did plugged in my phone on my pc and started the update with the PC Companion (SONY's app for computers). At a moment the phone shuted down by itself. Then the download of the new OS completed and i had to take some steps in order to start the installation. In the morning when checked where the proccess was I saw a new window on my comouter's screen. The message was saying that the installation could not finish because of an error. To go further I had to restart the whole proccess but the computer does not recognize the device. Now when I try to power on my smartphone it stucks on the SONY logo and I have to take off the battery in order to power it off. Help me please! Thanks in advance! Sorry for bad language... :/
