Could I have knocked something loose when I dropped my Sony Xperia Z5 Compact?

Sony Xperia Z5 compact DROPPED!!! Help

Dropped my Xperia Z5 compact flat on its back on a tile floor, the back is severely cracked, it works except for the Ear speaker/Second loudspeaker doesn't seem to be working, I can't hear anything while making phone calls (I can only talk on speaker) and while playing music no volume is coming out of the speaker. I'm ordering replacement parts. I obvously need a new back, order a new ear speaker/second loudspeaker or did something just get knocked loose? Thoughts please.

It's hard to tell without actually getting a chance to see the speaker and inside of the phone, but if there's ABSOLUTELY NO sound coming out of the speaker (as opposed to distorted sounds) then I'd guess something disconnected rather than something is actually broken.
