I want to flash cm7 to my nexus but i cant help but worry that whe i go to flash the rom when i wipe the data and delvik cache that ill lose my photos, videos, and music. Can anyone confirm hat will happe when i wipe data?

You will not lose anything on the USB drive (pics, videos, music). But it is always smart to back up everything on there by copying it to your computer just to be safe.

Are you going to use titanium backup to save then restore your apps once your flash CM7?

I highly recommend it.

Titanium backup or MyBackup Root. Both free, I feel Mybackup Root is more user friendly and has a more user friend interface for performing backups. Titanium is great in its own right and has some features that the other doesn't but for newer users its not as user friendly.
