does anyone else get bug reports with ics

No matter what ics rom I use even the new leaked rom I get these bug reports.
They pop up all the time. I was wondering if anyone can let me know if there is a way to stop them.
Also does anyone else get these? I never see any posts about them, I amwondering if I am the only one
Getting these. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

can't send pictures and receiving multiple bugreports when trying to send mms. We need fixes. Nexus S ICS 4.0.4
