Im in London. Bought an EE data sim

I don't know how to get it to work. I called sprint long before I left and they said they unlcoked it and when I popped my sim in and changed the setting to GSM I got signal but no 3/4g? Any help would be appreciated. Im going to be in Europe for the next 10 days.

Thank you so much. This worked. I had absolutley no idea what to do and only had WiFi every now and then so I couldn't look it up.

I caught this thread title on the forum main screen but could not have helped much from London as it's not my network, but would have suggested the obvious EE or Carphone Warehouse store. I use data sims for mobile wifi and a laptop and it used to be the Three network had better value deals, either monthly or buy and discard sims available on amazon. Now Three pre-loaded sims have become too expensive; and EE have been offering better value (6gb over 3 month) pre-loaded sim deals on Amazon - which is possibly how the OP obtained them, or via Sprint.
Way to go @mrsmumbles, your ability has no boundaries.
