4.3 essentially bricked my phone

Hi all, need some advice/help.

I use Kaspersky Mobile Security and I am rooted. With the new update, I can't get superuser permissions anymore and Kaspersky is force closing every second, giving me the "unfortunately, Kaspersky has stopped working" message every second. I am literally unable to do anything. I can't uninstall Kaspersky since I can only do that within the app itself, but I can hardly navigate anywhere because of this force close error.

Any suggestions??
