Does the HTC One have HSPA+ or just lte?

I am going to be a new customer to AT&T sometime this summer and was wondering if the AT&T HTC One has HSPA+ (normal 4g) or just LTE? I have HSPA+ but not LTE in my area and I really doubt I will ever get LTE.

Yes, the One does have HSPA+, when I am home it is all I get at the moment. Hopefully they will add LTE to the tower that sits just a little ways from my house, but for now a steady 5 bars of HSPA+ suffices. At work, and other places I frequent that are closer to the nearest city I pick up LTE, but at home it's just HSPA+.

It has both bands.

All AT&T LTE phones have HSPA+ and LTE. HSPA+ is fast enough so you won't have to worry about buffering, etc.
