Google Play Music Wont Download

Ever since I downloaded the sense 6 update, my music wont locally download. Stuff sits in the download queue and does nothing, if I turn off wifi and allow it to download over cellular it just says "Cant download right now".

Anyone else having this issue? Its really pissing me off...

Have you tried clearing cache for Play? Go to settings>apps>swipe over to all apps>scroll down to Play and click on it. Click clear cache.

That didn't work, so I said screw it ill just uninstall it. Reinstalled, nothing. But then I unchecked "download over wifi" and it started right up....now if only they could add an option to automatically download every song.

Reviving a slightly old thread, but had the same experiences. Finally, I turned off wifi downloading and THEN cleared the cache. Restarted the app and the downloads started up. Ugh.

I just turned on extreme power saving mode, then when I turned it off my music started downloading fine.
