Inspire issues

Hey guys and gals. Over the past few days I have been having some issues with my Inspire that I believe are abnormal. The system has been bogging down and laggy. Call quality has been horrible once but I believe that to be due to me being on the phone when I got home and the phone trying to switch to the microcell. The phone has totally frozen a few times and had required a soft reset. I have done a factory reset as well with no resolution. What do you guys think? Should I wipe the SD card as well as do a factory reset (I didn't wipe the card the first time.) or should I just take it back to AT&T and exchange it? I've only had it a week, just wondering what you folks think... :p

I've only had mine for two weeks, but I haven't had any problems like that.
I've read that if you have a lot of cached web pages and full histories it can affect performance.
I'd have thought a reset would take care of that, unless they're stored on the SD card.
If deleting histories and such doesn't help, then yes...I'd take it to AT&T and see what they say.
