Hey guys and gals. Over the past few days I have been having some issues with my Inspire that I believe are abnormal. The system has been bogging down and laggy. Call quality has been horrible once but I believe that to be due to me being on the phone when I got home and the phone trying to switch to the microcell. The phone has totally frozen a few times and had required a soft reset. I have done a factory reset as well with no resolution. What do you guys think? Should I wipe the SD card as well as do a factory reset (I didn't wipe the card the first time.) or should I just take it back to AT&T and exchange it? I've only had it a week, just wondering what you folks think...
