Transferring videos from my phone to my Macbook Pro

I've tried doing this and sending the videos via Bluetooth and my HD videos are choppy and missing bits of the video. How are the videos stored on my phone? Mp4? Anyway I just want to know how to send them so they are smooth and clean like they play on my L2.

LG PC suite is what I use on the PC and it works great. It shows the computer on one half and the G2 on the other half. Simply drag and drop. I transfer videos on a PC rather than my iMac. I have also used iSyncr to transfer music and videos on the mac in iTunes.
