Hi everyone.
I've only had the phone for a short time, but I am having difficulty with getting the screen to come back on during a call or after a call.
If I have to "press 1 to speak to someone" I can't. The screen won't come back on no matter what buttons I press.
After a call I cannot hangup. Again, the screen won't come back on no matter what I press.
The only thing that has worked is to hold the power button down til the phone completely shuts off and then turn it back on. Which doesn't really solve anything.
Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
