Netflix on Infuse

Has anyone gotten Netflix working on their Infuse?

I tried all three .apk files from XDA Devs and although I could open and log into the app when I tried to play anything I kept getting the connection error.

I haven't tried any of the rooted methods though.

Hmmm, I wonder how quick Samsung will release gingerbread for the infuse?

Of the five phones that netflix/android supports today, at least one is on 2.2 so I doubt it's because the Infuse is running 2.2

Gingerbread has nothing to do with it. If you look at the initial 5 or 6 phones supported out of the gate, only the nexus 1 and nexus s had 2.3 running on them. The rest were 2.2 froyo. In fact, the Evo temporarily lost support of Netflix when the Evo was finally updated to 2.3.x recently. That pisses me off because Netflix has now supported one phone twice before they support my Infuse 4g once. My screen is way better than the Evo's piece of hud display.

Maybe... there is a certain... lack of quality in the video... which only becomes apparent on a superior screen..... thus they want to keep it off such devices...
