0.01 on Amazon with Verizon Contract

Now that we can pick up a white or black 16gb (hard to pass up even though I want a custom 32gb) on Amazon for a cent, will Moto Maker drop their price a bit to compete? Or is Amazon trying to get rid of stock?

Is this a good or bad omen?

It's free at Verizon with the code VZWDEAL and Moto Maker just ended their Verizon promo. I bought my Moto X for $50.

So Amazon is 0.01 for new customers, $49 for upgrades, and the Verizon site is $49 (+$30 upgrade fee, $79). So I missed the Moto Maker $50 off, I missed Amazon 0.01, and missed VZW free.

Here's to hoping the someone has something exciting in store for Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
