I just wish their webstore was better. I was one of the late orderers who used PayPal and I was very troubled by the fact my order never showed up on the order status page, so I called and they weren't in about my order being "under review" and yada yada. Had to cancel that order and walked into Verizon to purchase. Between that and Verizon exclusivity window, no at&t availability(which is my families carrier), not even an announcement of preorder dates at T-Mobile... I'd honestly have to say this launch is terrible. I guess HTC had to do what they had to do considering the reputation they'd built up there last few years but still.

I don't think they have the scale to build up a online store and maintain inventory, other hassles that come along. So they contrqct to 3rd party like digital river etc who are terrible. Its bad but worth the hassle thinking about the long term advantage of owning unbranded phone.
 
Jesus Christ seriously this website is a mess! I can't edit posts in the forum either, just like news article comments. Site keeps saying invalid link when I click the edit button. I find it pathetic that such a big website, focused on Android, cant even run properly on the mobile web. And the app was unusable.

Did you know that you can just download HTC gallery from the Play Store.

My apologies then I misspoke I thought since it was in the Play Store for the M9 that would be compatible with the HTC 10 again my apologies
