$100 Phone Trade-In

Mailed April 29th and got the $100 card today. Sent a status request email on 5/17, which they replied to saying would receive by 6/15. For a rebate, 4.5 weeks wasn't too bad a wait.
 
Since I wasnt getting updates via their website I emailed customer service. Their response:

Due to a system upgrade, we are slightly behind in receiving the trade in devices to our facility. We will be contacting our operations team for more information. We hope to have updated information within the next few days.

Please accept our apologies for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause.

We appreciate your patience.

I sent my S3 around May 25th, and I still haven't received any email confirmation or gift card :(

I tried to check the status on the HTC tradeup website, but it says that they're still waiting for the phone. Anybody else having this issue?
 
Did you get to check the status of your trade, before you received the card?

I got an email about a week ago, stated that my card was on its way. However as others have stated in this thread not everyone seems to be getting any kind of prior notification.
 
I'm still waiting for my card. I checked the status and it has changed to actually received. It says says June 15 was the estimated date of my reward.

Still waiting for mine. I got an email saying it was on its way and should be here within 30 days. That was a couple of weeks ago.

I a waiting but I waited to the last possible minute to send my out. I had received an email a couple weeks ago that it would be mailed out by today.

I don't know what there is to be annoyed about per say. Most companies take 8-12 weeks to get a rebate out to you.
 
The reason I'm annoyed is I'm impatient and probably a little immature. ;-)

So I had mailed out my HTC tradeup at the last possible date. Got the 100 dollar reward today. Nice to get rid of my old Blackberry storm.
 
I emailed them and they said it was sent back in May. I never got it. =( The customer service person said they will send me new one. Bummer.

THe last time I contacted HTC Tradeup Support over a month ago, they said that my reward of $100 was in process, and that I would receive it by 07/26/13. I haven't received it yet, so I sent another email to them about it. Hopefully, they'll reply soon.
It's great that they're sending you another one.

"Thank you for your e-mail inquiry.

Our records show your reward card has been processed and mailed. Please allow for normal mail delivery. If you have not received your reward card on or before August 9th, 2013, please contact us.

Looks like I'll be doing some more waiting then.
