Verizon has extended its return policy. I doubt Best Buy will extend it that long.

Panda works for Google he is going to know a little more than these other so called "sources" not to mention he signed a NDA and isn't going to risk his job over leaking info that would get him fired.

I haven't seen the full tweet, but did you consider he was possibly replying in accordance to people asking? Seems only right to say, "I can't tell you."

He was being asked. I actually think at this point it's all a guess because they aren't nailing a date in stone. It's probably changed 5 times just today.

would you rather him lie and say "I have no clue"? he was only responding to a question. fact is, he does know, can't share the confidential information, but letting us know what he can, in that they're goal is to release it before 12/1. why not just be thankful for any bit of info Panda can hook us up with and move on, instead of pouting?

There is Panda, who knows but cannot tell, and there is p3droid, who thinks he knows, flaunts it, and is usually wrong anyway.

Well before the 1st means that it's probably either the 21st or the 28th. I know technically they can release it any day they want, but the fact that the 21st and 28th keep coming up and BMX said before December 1st means that these 2 dates are the most likely. Unfortunately I have a feeling that if a decision isn't made within the next hour or so, it will probably be the 28th because they need time to ship (if they haven't already been shipped).

well...the release dates of the RAZR and Rezound have shown us that pretty much any day can be the release date now, and the traditional Thursday release day is out the window. lol

Well if it is web only the 21st they would not have to ship them until they shipped them from the warehouse to those who preordered. Guess we will see if anything comes up this weekend.
