2nd defective S8+ !!

Having only recently upgraded and returned my first S8+ because of a pink screen and edges along the top part of the screen I have today received my replacement and guess what.....it's worse than the first. Now the entire screen has a pink hue and all around the edges have a pink tinge!

My carrier is in the process of sending out a 3rd device but this is starting to get silly now. I think the next one will be my last one before calling it a day with this model as Samsung clearly have issues with this pink screen.

I know some people have gone through loads of particular models of phones whether it be iPhones or Samsungs before getting one that is issue free but I honestly thought Samsung would have tightened up massively on QC after the disaster with the note 7.

Did you even mess with the display settings? Also Samsung is working on a software update to help fix the red screen issue.

The worst I had was a dead pixel in the middle of my screen on my 1st S8 +. I exchanged it at Best Buy and this second one has been great .

Yeah I've lowered the red setting but it doesn't completely disappear. As there are such wide variations in how screens are affected by this I'm thinking this is a hardware issue that won't be solved by a software update.
