I'd be happy to report this clown, as he was the manager then or the main guy in charge. I could have just went in on launch and bypassed this guy-but the lady over the phone, while kind, did not technically say i could get it by walking into a store. She was willing to help purchase over the phone-i went to a store to see if i could get the device in hand tomorrow, and not wait to have it shipped to me. I only talked to him to try and save time and ensure that i wouldnt only be able to get it over the phone. Customer service will definitely hear from me.
