The only thing I miss is having FPS in the front. Other than that this is an exceptional phone. Am a Spen user for a while and had no option other than embracing this change.

The note line has always been the bigger phone, I think that's why those of us who have had a note in the past wouldn't mind a little bit wider. The S line was for people wanting something smaller. They kind of deviated from that. I don't mind the height, nice when you use the keyboard you can still see the whole screen, even with 2 apps open on split screen.

yes. the N3 was great, the N4 a bit too wide for me, but tolerable, the N7 was my "Baby Bear" device and it was just right, and the N8 is a tad too slim.

I think the size of the note 8 is perfect not too wide and feels great in the hand. First large device that doesn't feel that big at all.
