Galaxy nexus stucks in version 4.2.1 doesn't get any update yet. Any idea?

If you are unlocked, you can download and install it yourself from: https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images, just make sure to get the latest version that is supported for your specific nexus device. If not, I'm not sure how to force an update. Is it the GSM version?

You can go in settings/apps...slide sideways to All. Then go down to "Google Services Frameworks'' Force stop and clear data and cache.

Then go check about phone and check for update.

If the playstore stops working you'll need to sign out and sign in again to your account.

I download the version 4.3 from developers.google and the galaxy nexus tell me can't open the file.
