My phone still says 4G but can't get connection. If I switch to 3G I'm fine. I've noticed a lot of other people don't have 4G either. Its only in downtown and VZW said "We can neither confirm nor deny that 4G is down in your area". Anyone in Richmond having issues?

I've been experiencing the same thing for several days on third gen iPad. Worked last week, but can't make a 4g connection downtown Richmond. I have to get a few miles out of town before it picks up LTE again.

Down in Sylvania (Toledo) Ohio since last night. These network issues are unacceptable. A few times sure. But with this frequency, BS!

I'm in Richmond and have had intermittent problems with 4G for days now. Having it right now with a 'no data' indicator on the Driod Bionic. If I switch to CDMA only, then I get 3G. Better than 'No Data'. Still, it is pretty bad when Verizon can't keep the network up right across the street from the capial of Virginia.

I am 4g right now in the maymont area of richmond. Have you tried a reboot? This works for me when there has been a network problem in the past. Agree its a pain when the network is flaky.

Customer service admitted the outage was restored yesterday.
