4G outage on Verizon

Just got 3G back. Thankfully I won't have to make the trip to Verizon to get a new sim tomorrow.

I turned on 4g 3 hr ago and it connected but I had no data... I say screw it and turned it off. Went home on wifi.. Just turned on mobile and no 4g or 3g. Good thing i'm home. LI, NY here.

I spoke with tech support today as well. I am on my second sim card in my razr and getting the red X u refer to ... after power down and up it comes back about every 20 minutes just when I start to get data back I can send picture mail at all either and I am quite upset. I was really happy with this phone till that started happening.

Don't know what to do. Any recommendations would be so greatly appreciated. I am so fed up. I turned my phone to cdma only got data and no errors but can't send pic mail still.

So frustrating.

Today Droid Razr sim cards took a dump. Spoke with Verizon customer service and it is an issue only effecting Droid Razr owners. Across the country!
You will see a red dot with an X in the middle of it. In the status bar Also 4G won't work. If you click on it. It will direct you to power down and contact customer service. Spoke with tech support. They seem to think going to a Verizon store and getting a new sim 4G card will fix it. But I am awaiting conformation on this fix.

It was an outage for everyone pretty much. Should be back up now.

When I first got this device I didn't notice it. Then I saw it a week ago and now I don't. Weird. I'm not rooted. Never has been.

Go to manage apps and look at all of the apps and u will see it there. It's 0.00b and it uses every permission I can see. What is this for?
