5 apps in homescreen dock on Oneplus 8pro with only 4 in a line above??

I am stuck with only 4 apps and can't find a way to change that. On prior phones (e.g. Huawei) I always had 4 in a row and 5 apps in the dock. Without any launcher, that is. Thanks for any hint.

Welcome to Android Central! Long-press any empty part of the homescreen and select the Home Settings option. Are there any options to change the icon layout?
