5 x Former Palm Pre users - Love Their EVO's

As mentioned by a previous post, yeah the 10.00 additional 4G fee isn't that bad. Then again my monthly sprint bill was 48 dollars. The extra 10 brings it to 58. I love knowing I pay less owning a top tier smartphone than I did when I had a regular dinky phone that just could make calls.

I still think it's a shame that HTC didn't buy Palm. They would have paired to make the absolute best phones on the market.

I was so excited when the rumor first broke out about HTC buying Palm. I just don't see HP being able to capture the "sexy" that HTC has in its design. But then I really thought about it, and realized that even bigger than the hardware issues with WebOS is the lack of developer excitement (on a large scale). No company can fix that- Palm blew it from the get-go, announcing too early and delivering too late; they had so much hype surrounding the Pre after CES- but in the YEAR it took them to get to market iPhone (and later) Android took the market.

Definitely on this list. I miss some of the UI from Palm, but the hardware rocks. Still hoping to see something from HPalm... maybe in a year or so?
