Looks real assuming the release date - today - is true. I just checked for an update, but could be a staggered release by region or not yet pushed out. Will check after work and see how the updates are going before committing.

Hard to say, but perhaps an indication that AT&T and the other US carriers may follow soon. When or how long "soon" is, hard to estimate.

And VZW was first on the note 4 too .. if I remember correctly and it wasn't good. Here is hoping this one is good and my note 5 doesn't become a s7 edge this week

Now on Tap and Doze might be really significant improvements. Def not in the tweak category.

Also, for those that use the default browser, we'll be getting the Sammy 4.0 browser that reportedly smokes Chrome in the performance arena, and adds ad-blocking. This might be the biggie for me. Again, def not a tweak.

Yep both are big time features. App permissions is a new huge feature in my opinion too. Disabling certain apps from checking your location is awesome
