There are several links to download 235 on other sites, but be aware that you CANNOT FXZ back to Gingerbread. The security has been changed and it is a one way road to ICS for now.
Well, it's not quite that black and white. But, before I get into that, please do NOT flash 235 without knowing how much risk there is....hint, a LOT. I'm not doing it.
The security has been updated to disallow flashing back to previous versions. I.E. the 902 FXZ will soft brick your phone. The RAZR and D4 had a way to go from leak to leak even though they were locked down like this, BUT, we aren't so lucky. The reason is that we'd need a 905 FXZ to do it. *NOT* a 902 FXZ. See the problem there?
Now, to say you're stuck on 235 FOREVER is probably a bit of a stretch. 2 things on that. If 235 is the OTA version, which is definitely possible, then you're good to go. Big risk though if you're wrong and it ends up not being the OTA. Second is if we get an ICS FXZ. The RAZR did. I can only hope we will.
Flash 235 at your own peril. You may or may not be stuck there, but, it's a big risk. 232 is far safer IMO. Use that and wait for the OTA to become final.
From what we're seeing, there's no reason to update to 235 if you're on 232. There doesn't seem to be anything significantly changed other than some videos and of course the security to make sure you can't revert to a GB build. I'm sitting tight on 232. OTOH, John Galt is testing a method written by mattigroff to go from 235 to a newer leak if one comes out. But once on 235 you can NEVER go backwards.
Just an Fyi for those that have an appetite for risk. If you choose to install 235+, you will never be able to go back to GB. But since we got the 905 FXZ last night, Mattigroff scripted us a solution that allows us to move forward. It is not without measurable risk. It involves soft bricking your phone temporarily by flashing a couple 905 images on top of 235, flashing the boot img from the update you're installing, and then installing the update. If this process fails at all, you're screwed because there is no fxz that works on 235+. That means even when the ota is out, until we get a new ics fxz, we are vulnerable to screwing up our phones. Use caution. I'm personally sticking with 232 for now...

Exactly. And now with the 905 FXZ that I was able to get from daywalker04 we have an even easier time with my script once the OTA is out. But ONLY if we stay on 232. If you go to 235 you'll need to use Matt's script which is a bit scarier because there's no FXZ option if you bork your phone. It works, but, ONLY if you follow the EXACT directions.
