Wifi!! I've had my Note 2 for 6 months and have yet to use even half a gig of data in any month. The only place I don't have a wifi connection is in the car, and I don't use the phone when I'm driving. Music is on the SD.

I would venture to say that the majority of people with this phone use more than that.

Mine still has the issue. It was working for a couple days after the update but now not rotating again.

It failed to install on my rooted device running CWM... anyone else have this problem? I'm running the factory ROM, only difference is it's rooted and CWM.

AFAIK, most, if not all, official updates, whether from Samsung, or from your mobile carrier, will not install if either (1), your device is rooted, and /or (2) if the flash counter shows greater than 0 (maybe 1 on some devices, also).
