Yeah, I know, but I like the idea behind it. Maybe if they get enough people and send it to someone higher up at Google, something will happen.

Charge on order day then last Friday then went away reappeared last night.
No email or tracking info.
did receive the sorry we upgraded everyone to overnight email.
Have called 3 times first on Friday, then Saturday, and again yesterday. Figure I will bug the crap out of them since I am so annoyed.

FYI
My N7 was still sealed and was not open for a quality inspection however my N7 is brand new. I am happy to report there is no screen separation, the volume works and no other issues to report debugged so far. The case is nothing special but I just got it in mine time for something better. I would probably stick with the case if it was smart case and the cover could close. A side note I had no problems signing into my account and received my $25 play store credit.

I like how Apple even "dumbed down" the word "smart". Your cover is NOT a smart cover if all it contains is three magnets and some plastic.
No offense to you but, this is how I know their process is really screwed up. You just ordered two days ago and you got that email. It seems like they are sending them to anyone who ordered, no matter when.
