I've been watching the threads and reading the buzz with great anticipation! It's good to get some news on this.

Can someone clarify for me whether or not I will get the update if I am rooted using unrevoked?

If they want to do a useful update for the camera, add auto-focus or tap to focus while recording with the camcorder... I'd rather have that before 720p recording capabilities...

Same here, that would be pretty sick to have.

I mean, if you really think about it, what's the point of having 720p recording if you can't focus in on the action as it's happening? The HD picture will just accentuate the "fuzziness" of the out of focus portions...
