About to take the Froyo plunge...

I'm running the free version of AVG anti-virus, I'm trying to find where to disable it so I can start flashing. I was able to extract the file, so all I need to do now is disable AVG and I'm sorry but not sure how to disable it

The other question I have and I think I read it on one of the threads but can't find it now is that I should go and enable the options under "Development" for USB debugging and Stay awake. Am I correct?

Is there an icon for AVG in the system tray down in the lower right of your screen? If you don't see one, hit the arrow button in the system tray then look for the AVG icon. Once you find it, right click on it, you should see an option to disable it. If you don't have an icon in your system tray, go to your desktop and look for a shortcut there for AVG. Double click on the shortcut and it should bring up the manager for AVG and you should be able to disable it from there.

Yes

I don't need to be online in order to flash my phone right?

No

From looking at the description it doesnt looke like it saves your app data unless you were rooted, just saved apps

the other thing is can I use adw launcher instead of the one that comes with it once you flash 2.9.2?
yes you can use any launcher you wish

The one for the verizon fascinate doesn't officially exist yet so it's up in the air whether or not it will work. I've read one person who said it worked but the content didn't. I would hold off on media hub until it's released personally.
