1. Swype
2. Rhapsody
3. ZumoDrive
4. Abduction
5. Astro
6. BarcodeScanner
7. SetCPU
8. Wireless Tether

For a free home-replacement I use HelixLauncher but as far a "regular" apps I use these pretty much daily:

NewsRob
SportsTap
Zillow
aCar
Shazam
digg
Calendar Pad
Gmote

to name just a few.

* Google Voice: I use GV as my primary contact number and obviously make heavy use of this app. Just wish they would add MMS

* Quick Settings: for quick access to settings..

* SetCPU

* TempMonitor

* ROM Manager

* Superuser Permissions

* RPN calculator

* RadioTime: Thousands of worldwide streaming radio stations and a near perfect interface

* RoboDefense

* cAndy Apple: For some Apple //e retrocomputing goodness!

* ConnectBot: my favorite. I manage a Linux computer for public use at my local pub. Sometimes people use the computer for far longer than they should (as in buy one drink and sit there for two hours). I use ConnectBot to SSH into the Linux machine and shut down or reboot the machine. Loads of fun watching them think they broke the machine. All of the locals know I do this and sometimes the bartenders even ask me to come over and do this.

Must have...

Seesmic, of course, is the best for Twitter.
Apndroid, becouse battery life is not a strong point in our beloved Droid.
BeyondPod, simply THE podcast manager for Android. I bought the full version, and I'm quite happy.

FBReader is amazing, just the best ereader I've used (and I'm an avid reader wich doesn't read a paper book for many years).
Astro File Manager, a free app that does it all.
PDANet, another freebie that's saved me a lot of money - no extra bucks for navigating with my notebook!

And, of course, the most important app, Dolphin Browser.
