Handcent- is a God-sent
Dialer One- replaced the stock dialer.
Live Bookmarks- the fastest way to your web bookmarks without filling your homescreen with shortcuts.
Google Maps- Don't leave home without it.
Toddler Lock- For my little "2.0" who can't get enough of Android (just like his daddy).

1 mobile defense
2 where's my droid
3 phone my pc - I use this all the time rather than going to a pc
4 google listen
5 pandora
6 c: geo - 93 caches found in less than 50 daYs
7 droidbox - until the dropbox beta goes live
8 robodefense free
9 google maps/nav I can't remember the last time I used my tomtom
10 astro - love the new app backup totally saved me when I installed a task kller update that blew up the phone. Restored the old version and rebooted all was good

Shazam definitely ranks up there, since it's free and generally very accurate.

Where, followed by Maps, are the #1 and #2. Where just includes so many different features, and Maps has added so much functionality so far, that I can't help but go back to them EVERY DAY.

They're the only 2 I use that frequently, to be quite honest. I could live without all the others (save GMail, but since that's built-in I excluded it from the running) but Where and Maps really are infinitely useful.
