I think mine would have to be Touiteur. I like the dark background and just the overall way that it flows.

I've used Twidroid, Seesmic, and Twicca. I quickly picked Seesmic over Twidroid but then began using Twicca bc the group color coding was new and helpful but I had too many FC's on my Nexus One. So i went back to Seesmic... until i starting reading through this thread.

Touiteur is stable, good looking, feature rich, good looking AND it auto-populates as I type the name of a person I follow. None of the others i tried did this and it is a pain in the ass sometimes to remember how to spell someone's username. I just paid for premium and hope it doesn't let me down.

Personally, I use Seesmic for my full featured app and Twidgit for a widget for my screen. Love both, but defintiely considering giving Touiteur (sp.) a try.

Twidroid

I like Twidroid. The frequent updates without apparently no new features are annoying.

I started with Peep since it came with the phone (Droid Eris), but I have since switched to Twidroid & I'm liking it so far.

swift and seesmic are great ones...tweetcaster looks good but it so damn slow to load up on a g1, tuiteur or how ever u spell it is great, twicca is also a good one better now since they added a widget. i hate twidroid so i'd say my favorites are swift/twicca/seesmic/touiteur

My favorite has been the TwitDroid so far (the free version) because it includes everything I would need on Twitter (including lists).

I like Touiteur a LOT, it's still got my favorite interface, but the lack of multi-accounts has me looking at Seesmic and Hootsuite. So far, I'm leaning toward Seesmic, but it's too soon to say for sure.

Touiteur is my favorite by far. By the maker of Beautiful widgets, it OS a feature packed client that OS super customizable. And it keeps getting better. I have tried them all . Hootsuite, twidroid pro, Seismic, you name it. Touiteur is tops. And he still has a lot of options planned for the very near future.

Not sure what you mean. Touiteur supports multiple accounts.

Since I cant buy paid apps (f u google) I have tried many free alternatives like twidroid, tweetcaster (sexy UI) and touteritor (pardon the spelling). All have their pros and cons but I have now been using Seesmic regularly. But the team at Seesmic still needs to add a few features to make it perfect

I love Seesmic! I haven't tried some of these other ones, but Peep and TwiDroid pale in comparison.

Well, until the site posted the question I wasn't all that familiar with any apps other than Twidroid. I've only been using Twitter for a short time and Twidroid seem to fit the bill, though it sometimes gave me a connection error on my DROID. So, when the question was posted about which Twitter app was favored I downloaded several of them the site had listed and have to say that I am wild about TweetCaster. I think it is better put together than Twidroid.

I love Seesmic, but I haven't used any other clients. I liked their desktop client and like the Android version. I don't know how it handles notifications or whatever, because I just check it when I want to read up on stuff.
