Texas style, cook at 275⁰ and wrap in peach paper when internal hit 165⁰. Continued to 203⁰, pull and wrapped in foil and a blanket. Into the cooler for 3.5 hours.

50/50 salt and pepper with 30% of total garlic salt added. Cook time took 8 hours.

I should have taken a picture of the burritos my husband and I made last night... But they were gone too quickly. 🤣
 
I still think of these oysters we had in Atlanta. Pretty sure that's the last time I didn't take a food pic that I thought was shareable.

I love seafood! Not sure if I've tried oysters. I think I have, now that I think about it, in PEI. I would've enjoyed that photo!
