Unfortunately this does not work on the HTC Inspire... I'm having a lot of problems with this phone. I can't get a lot of traditional Android stuff to work. All I really want is Swype texting, and here I am two hours later, unable to get this phone to give the option of enabling non-market apps.
It works on the Inspire. It works on any Android device that can accept adb commands, which means every one of them. I have personally tested on the Captivate, Aria, Atrix, Inspire, Nexus One, Nexus S, Evo, Hero, Optimus One, G2, Mesmerize, Indulge, Eris and Original Droid
There are only 3 things needed to get the program to work.
The USB driver correctly installed and running for your device.
The files are in the correct location on your computer.
Microsoft .NET4 is correctly installed.
Can't find the device error? -- USB driver not installed or configured correctly, or USB debugging not enabled on your phone.
Insufficient Storage? -- check file paths and that they exist.
Parse error? -- bad .apk file (signature check has failed), or not designed for your version of Android.
Version errors? -- App you're installing is not built for your version of Android.
Big, ugly Windows error about debugging? -- .Net4 not installed on your computer correctly
