Random anecdote: My wife is a hardcore apple fan. I don't give her guff about it to keep the peace. However, one time her iPad froze for whatever reason. Frustrated, she exclaimed that it was frozen. I asked her if she was sure because I thought Apple products never crash. She was none to happy about that one.
