I bought an LG G2 off ebay that has a custom rom, is rooted, and ready to be flashed (whatever that means). I can't get passed the activation screen after I put my SIM card in. What can I do to get it to work?

The flashing you are referring to is probably the reprogramming of the phone to work on different carriers. What carrier are you trying to use it with?
