So far I have been unable to figure out how to add In Case of Emergency (ICE) information to the lock screen. The usual Android methods apparently don't work on the S10 and a few others I have found on the internet don't seem to work either. Any help would be appreciated.

TIA

Thanks, but that is SOS, not ICE info. ICE info is meant to be accessed by EMS personnel and can include critical medical information, like a medical history, deceases, allergies, etc. as well as list of docs and such.

I'm looking on the phone didn't find it :(

The annoying thing is there's a standard sort of way Android phones are suppossed to work with ICE info and how to get to it and how to input it and, of course, Samsung had to come up with something else, whatever that is.

My friends in th3e EMS community are NOT impressed. But why not make it HARDER to save a life, instead of sticking with a standard.

I remember ICE but cant seem to find it , I'm going look some more .

Ok I found it go to the Lock screen dont use fingerprint or password just swipe up tap emergency and on top emergency contact addScreenshot_20191214-223701_Call%20settings.jpeg

That looks promising, but I am apparently not the brightest. Every time I swipe up it opens to the home screen. I am sure there's something I am missing. Thanks for your help.

So you dont have it locked with a fingerprint or password, pin?

Thanks. So, once I get there and tap on Medical Info it says I need to enter that info in Contacts > My Profile... However there is no "My Profile" under Contacts. Do i just create a Contact "My profile"? And, if so, do i do that under the Phone Group or the Google Group?

You create your profile , and add few your emergency contacts.

Unfortunately, that doesn't appear to work as there's no "Emergency Medical Information" option when I create "My Profile"

I bought this

Quick access to medical information from your lock screen.
 • Emergency alert feature to send SMS in one click (with your estimated location).
 • Direct emergency contacts call from the lock screen without having to unlock.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.medicalid

We recommend that you try out the free version before purchasing the premium. Indeed, the app may not work properly on some devices running a customized Android version or making use of apps that "clean up" or kill others apps. The same may apply to devices with specific security settings.
