after update of my phone when is in idle condition i do not receive any notification of all app

my phone is vivo z1x
after flight mode turn on/off i can receive it or when go into app i get the update.

You can try this: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/vivo/vivo-z1x/wipe-cache/. But it might be a full factory reset. If it only gives you a Clear Data option (and not Clear Cache), then it'll be a factory reset -- make sure you back up your data beforehand.

Also try resetting your network in settings, what andriod version you on ?

Sounds like you have connection issue.

Try just wifi on , then try just data on see if both causing this or one

okay currently i am turning both off and when I turn on wifi i got notifications
but if both are on for longer period then in idle condition i don't get notifications

Try going in settings >connection >reset your APN

it happens in both but less when data is on.
