After updating my Galaxy S4, why won't it stay connected to wifi at work?

After update my galaxy s4 won't stay connected to wifi at work

Hey guys, I have had my phone for over a year and have had no problems till now.
Last week my phone did some update (am running 4.2.2) and now my phone will not stay/connect to the wifi at work unless I am in an immediate hotspot. I have tried numerous fixes including clearing the cache in recovery mode and even a full factory reset. WiFi works fine at home and other places. My fellow coworkers are able to connect no problem.
Any advice?

Check the Advanced settijngs in Wifi.Keep wifi on during sleep, Auto network switch and, if you have it, Avoid weak signals.

Wifi should Alwways be on during sleep (or it'll disconnect when the screen goes to sleep [which usually puts the phone to sleep]), it shouldn't automatically switch to mobile data and it should stay on a signal even if it gets weak. So Always on Keep, no check in Auto switch and no check in Avoid weak signals.

Mine doesn't have the "avoid weak signal" option, but that sounds exactly like what is happening. Any ideas on where I could change that kind of setting?
