AKG heaphones are not good

I'd say they're pretty god for in-box earbuds.

Many are pretty average. Only few are actually good, such as the LG earbuds, especially the AKG-tuned ones that came with the V10. Kind-of the same story with the S8.

Come on, you can't compare $400 Sony XBA 10 with the AKG? lol
The Sony XBA 10 aren't $400 headphones. Original price was $98 for the non iPhone version. I compared the AKG branded S8 headphones to ~$100 in ear headphones since that was the suggested value.

Never used the included headphones regardless of the branding on them. Bluetooth in car or at work. Even better with Bluetooth 5.0

I'm not having any problems with my AKGs. I like them better than the old white ones they use to provide. On the old ones the rubber tips always fell off.

Those old ones go way up in sound quality (and ear stay-in-ability) if you swap the silicon tips with good foam ones (rocking Comply foam on mine) and the difference is night and day.

I would imagine those new akg's will do better with a better quality foam tip.

Go into settings, set up the Eq and personalized sound, then use the app poweramp for music, prepare to be amazed

I don't think they make foam tips for these. These are the ones I'm talking about.

My biggest gripe is that they won't seal in my ear canal. I prefer noise blocking ear buds. I have a cheap pair of AKGs that seal way better than these.

They sound amazing to me. Added premium foam tips so they can stay in my ears. Amazing sound. Way better than my B&O

I like the sound but they wont stay in my ears. They keep falling out :(

Same here. I think they sound pretty good. The only problem is the material of the ear tips have no kind of grip and they fall out easily.

These AKG fit better than the Bose (Bose® - SoundSport® In-Ear Headphones ) I have therefore they sound better due to fitting. I did the custom EQ and it made a difference. I'm using google music and apple music and I can say it sounds better with google music. Try different apps to see if you notice a difference.

I have poweramp but havent opened the app to play from there.

I think they sound decent after some EQ. Too much bass for me.
