AKG Wired Headphones for Free?

Although I'm still on the original tip on my Note 10+ it would be nice to have extra tips. I hope it's not accurate and somebody just didn't find them in the box. I almost threw mine out on the Note 10 because of the way they are packaged.

Keep the extra tips from your Note 10+. They will hopefully work with the new s-pen.

So it's true that headphones are not included in the US (Snapdragon) version... I saw a reviewer from London and his review unbox had the AKG headphones so I was hoping it would be the case everywhere but sounds like just the Exynos models.

Bah.. I use bluetooth, but liked having these as backup or for conference calls. At the very least its the principal. No headphones, no S-pen tips (if true)... what next - the charger?

I'm not really that concerned about the headset. I have buds at work and at home and I really only use them for calls. My wired headset is at work and I'm rarely in the office these days. I do have a wired headset at home from a S9 but I use that to plug into my laptop if someone calls me on MS teams for work.

I still have my tops from my N10+ but if the last two notes are any indication, I'll be replacing my spen when I lose it in a few months. It's like clockwork. Lol.

My AKG set is in the S20U box in the closet since I got the phone.

The wired AKG ones are actually very decent quality so nice to have for an emergency

I just tried to get some through chat, and that was a waste. Guy refused to help unless I had the imei and receipt of the device, and I don't have them yet.

Got the $30 through chat. Rep was very helpful. I guess it's luck of the draw on who you get. The rep I dealt with knew immediately when I brought it up and issued me the credit.

Technically you don't have the device so you aren't entitled to them yet

Everyone has a different story. Mine is they gave me a reference code and told me to wait till it's shipped and call them back with the reference code and they would issue me a promo code

I would love to see the transcript of your chat with Samsung to see how you sweet talked them. I have tried 2 times now with no luck. I am always told to use the Pre-order credit to buy a pair.

Whoa Mike, thanks for the suggestion!! It made me think about the tips on my Note 8 and still have the box and all the accessories it came with including the tip extractor and extra tips and found that the Note 8 came with 5 extra tips not including the one in the pen!!

Now I have to see if the tips are compatible/same tips used in the Note 10. I know they changed pen shapes where it doesn't fit in the silo (or was that Note 7 pens to 8??) and changed internals in later models (bluetooth). But did they change tip design. As you can see, I never really used them... only one swap to change compounds since I was using a screen protector. But good to have if they fit.

Dunno where my AKG headphones went... I think they didn't last long using them as my running headsets.

Many of you guys buy Notes every year. If you kept you boxes, you should have about a dozen tips lol.

I have all AKG headset still in a box. Never use it.

I use my own qjays monitors with an USBC adaptor anyways.
