Me either... it gave me some confirmation stuff, saying effectively, that I was "legit" for the Program when I registered and plugged in my phone number and IMEI, then nothing since!

Yeah confirmation but that's it

I wonder how much they do save though when they are FedExing you a free pair upon request. I mean it is only FedEx ground, but I was shocked when I got FedEx tracking info from Ontario, Canada on them. I couldn't help but think about how many pairs of wired earphones included in the box it takes to equal FedEx shipping one pair for free.

They could saving a ton of money. Remember, not everyone will request them.

I saw the what's in the box online and it showed a headset. When I got my new phone it didn't have one went back
to Best Buy and they showed me a pictured with no headset included. Just put in for this and it worked as far as I can
tell we will see. Haven't had a new phone since the the S5 told myself I wouldn't get one till they brought changeable
battery's back but s5 was getting slow and even locking up with all the app's I had on it . Got 6 years out of it though.

I guess they didn't get enough complaints from Canada. Doesn't seem fair that they would operate like that though. Try calling or chat their support line.

He did. Didn't know anything about it. Basically, SOL.

I got a text msg today confirming that my earbuds will arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. Finally got some confirmation!

I think anything you mail has a minimum of 1 pound, they don't work in ounces.

I got my UPS notification yesterday and I initially thought it was them sending my trade-in phone back to me and I was sick about it! Then I realized it was only one pound so probably not a phone. They may send it back anyway but at least I still have a chance.

Got my second pair of free earphones. Samsung sent it via next day air UPS delivery by 10.30 AM. What's wrong with this company, to replace by defective buds they sent crappy ground shipping
