Alcatel 5059r stuck in recovery

to make a long story short, i had successfully installed Lineageos 16 on my IdealXtra 5059r. It was working perfectly, then i had a stupid moment and factory reset it using the button within android and now am stuck in recovery. tried reflashing. whenever i flash a gsi or wipe a partition i get an error that says failed to create fstab. im not too experienced with this stuff so bear with me.
