Give it a couple two or three charging cycles. Mine is much better thus far today than it was for the first two days.
Also, and this isn't a personal question...are you playing with it more now than you think you normally would?
One more thing. Tasks don't seem to release well in Androids. Go to the market and find yourself a task manager. I'm using "SystemPanel" or something like that.
1300 vs 1750.. is there that big of a difference? they need a 5000mah battery for the incredible =D

Get it on Amazon. Its cheaper and they dont take three days to process your order like Seidio does.
