All about Incredible batteries (Replacements, Charging..ect)

Just found this note on Seidio's website regarding the 1750mah battery;

"For use with HTC Droid Eris/Droid Incredible"

Give it a couple two or three charging cycles. Mine is much better thus far today than it was for the first two days.

Also, and this isn't a personal question...:eek: are you playing with it more now than you think you normally would?

One more thing. Tasks don't seem to release well in Androids. Go to the market and find yourself a task manager. I'm using "SystemPanel" or something like that.

Haha, yes i would say I am playing with it more now than I probably will after i have it for a little while.

How do you set the refresh options?

Battery life has been my biggest concern since every HTC phone I've ever owned had horrible battery service. Hopefully the 1750 will be good enough. Right now my Droid can make it through an 18 hour day just fine with moderate use. If it's a heavy day or I'm using the navigation a lot I'll top it off with the car charger. I wouldn't want to get worse battery life than that. If the battery life is good I might have to make the change to the Incredible.

Accidently turned phone on before fully charging

At first I thought the phone would charge while it was on, which it does, so I thought it would be no big deal as long as I left it plugged in for the 4+ hours it needed. But I saw in the manual that it says to let the unit fully charge BEFORE turning it on. Does this really make a difference, I mean did I just lose .00002% of my battery's longevity here by doing that or what?

Thanks in advance guys.

1300 vs 1750.. is there that big of a difference? they need a 5000mah battery for the incredible =D

The 30% bumb could make all the difference in the world. I think anybody who use's their phone a lot during the day and expects to get 2 days without a charge is being unrealistic.

is this something that can be purchased here, or is it something from another site? (link please).

Verizon turned mine on to program before the battery was fully charge and have seen this done on my previous phones too. I don't think if it does hurt your battery you will even notice it will be so small, like you said you lost .00002%.
