I have one more question about the tool. What are the exact applications to uninstall before I use this and how do I uninstall them? I can't find out how to uninstall HTC Sync.

Just go to start menu > default programs > all programs > right click to uninstall

I tried the root method and did everything, but I can't find superuser.
And also is there a way to reinstall otablocker because I couldn't install because I think my sd card is too small.
125 mb.
I am getting a bigger one. Also the tool says I'm rooted but I'm not

trter, noob question here. does this only apply to users that have rooted Thunderbolts?? or does it apply to those like me that have not rooted before?

i'm not sure what exactly S-OFF is and what RUU'ING is but i'm willing to learn

i just downloaded the tool and went over the readme. i'm thinking about attempting this some time this Saturday (12:17am my time as i type this post)
