I finally got mine today as well. I am in the process of uploading all of my music, but so far I am a little disappointed with what I have seen. I like that you can edit tags from the web interface, but I was also looking for functionality like it scanning the song and updating the tag/album art like other programs do.
My guess is that it will develop into a much richer system with some time as Google docs has done.
What I want right now is a damn pause button for uploading. Is there anyway to pause it? I am afraid to kill the application for fear of having to start all over again.
You can kill it without worry. It'll take some extra time to figure out what it's already uploaded, but it doesn't re-upload music it already got. What's nice about that is I uploaded all of my music from a portable harddrive on my school computer due to the fast internet speeds, but I was still able to get the music manager app to sync with iTunes on my home computer without it freaking out.
I got mine too. Initially it wouldn't update my Music to the new one because I'm an international user. I finally gave in and rooted my Xoom and used Market Enabler to get it to update. I'm actually able to use it too, even without a proxy. With all the restrictions they put on international users they really can't expect people to not root their devices.

What I do is just exit the music manger and it seemsto pick up where it left off the next time I start it up.
Xoom wifi here. Signed up for Google music on Wednesday night, Thursday morning when I woke uo, my invite was there. I have yet to try it out though.
