Almost unbelievable - no battery gremlins

In every Android phone I have had in the past, I would have to boot into recovery and clear the cache partition to settle the phone down and keep Google services and other processes from draining my battery. With this Pixel XL there is none of that tomfoolery. Finally an Android phone you don't have to muck with (unless you want to of course). Not sure if it's a Nougat thing or a Pixel thing, but whatever is keeping those gremlins out - I'm loving it.

Crazy right? I looked at one point today around 30% battery life and my screen on time was 5h50m. Unbelievable! My droid turbo was never that good and it was 3900mah

Google finally nailed it. Very happy with my Standby drain which is pretty minimal on the whole.
