Altered Back Cover

I got tired of the old and boring back plate on the phone and wanted to do something different. I also didn't like the flip cover in the end cause the flap would get in my way but I loved the colors. I ended up altering the flip case by cutting off the flap and sanding the side down where the flap was attached to blend it in. I also like the new back because its thicker and helps protect the glass on the camera s little better. Anyone else alter any type of case to keep the phone minimal?

Tech Defense or Ghost Armor is also a pleasant alternative. They have a plethora of different colors and textures. On my iPhone 5 I did a carbon fiber type finish -- on my S3 I stayed pretty true to the Titanium style and just did a Matte finish to give it a nice look.

Kudos on the modified cases though, looks pretty sharp!
